Roger John Cantu’ Jr., 45, passed away on Wednesday, September 6th, 2018 at Penrose Hospital.
Born August 11th, 1973, Roger was the oldest of four children to Donna Jo and the late Roger John Cantu’ Sr. in Denver, Colorado. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he loved hunting, fishing, camping, snowboarding and jet skiing.
An electrician and handyman, he was a jack of all trades and enjoyed restoring cars and was always there to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Roger enjoyed teaching his family and anyone who was willing to learn what he knew about life. His sense of humor was magnetic, his heart was big and his devotion was unlimited. A hard worker, he dedicated his life to his family. He stood strong with his beliefs and will be greatly missed by his large family and friends.
He married the love of his life Samantha Rotolo on August 18th, 2018 and was a devoted father to Jasmine, Blake and Ryker Cantu’.
Roger leaves behind his wife, Samantha Cantu’; children, Jasmine Cantu’, Blake Cantu’, and Ryker Cantu’; his mother, Donna Jo Keller; step-father, Roger Keller; siblings, Christine Goodman, Brandy Drake and Ryan Biernacki; nieces and nephews, Kailya, Kaden, Ashlee, Vincent and Declan.
There will be a potluck celebration of life for Roger on Saturday, September 15th, 2018 at 2pm at the home of his parents located at 182 Savage Loop Canon City, CO. 81212.
